Garam Masala Mulled Wine
1 Bottle red wine
Juice of 1/2 an orange
3 Tbs Maple syrup
1. Pour the bottle of wine into a small pot.
2. Add the juice of half an orange, spice and maple syrup.
3. Stir well and steep over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
4. Strain with a cheesecloth or nut-milk bag to remove spice.
