Herbed Keto Bread
1 1/2C Almond Flour
4 Tbs Butter, softened
3 tsp Baking powder
1 Tbs MCT Oil
1-2 tsp Teeny Tiny Spice of choice (See suggested blends below)
A pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Grease a 9”x 5” loaf pan with butter.
Lightly beat the eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer or with a hand mixer.
Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add the dry ingredients, the MCT oil and the softened butter to the eggs and blend until you have a smooth batter.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a clean toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes before de-panning.
